Upcoming Board Meetings

Our next Verona Area School District Board of Education Meeting will be held June 1, 2020 at 7:00pm. See below for instructions to access the virtual meetings or view the agenda:

This meeting shall be conducted as a virtual meeting due to the health emergency caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with Order #3 as issued by Public Health, Madison and Dane County effective May 26, 2020.  Accordingly:

  • Board members may be participating in the meeting from remote locations through the use of communications technology.

  • Public may access the meeting via live stream video at (Board meetings have been and will be live-streamed):


  • The physical location of the meeting shall be 700 N Main St. Verona, WI

    • Only the Superintendent and Executive Assistant will be physically present at that location for the purpose of video production and live-streaming.

  • In accordance with the Emergency Order #12 the public and media are prohibited from attending the meeting in person.  

  • Public comments related to the agenda items are to be sent to Tamera Stanley at stanleyt@verona.k12.wi.us prior to the Board meeting starting time.  Those comments will be read by the Board President.

  • Requests for accommodations related to accessing the meeting are to be made to Tamera Stanley, stanleyt@verona.k12.wi.us at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
