Verona Area Core Knowledge® Charter School is celebrating 20 years!!!!
The school's 20th Anniversary celebration focused on their newly created CKCS endowment fund, with $6,000 being raised leading up to the event, and nearly $7,000 brought in at the anniversary celebration event! Alumni and th
eir families, current families, CKCS team members and their families, and community partners all gathered for a night of memories, celebrations and building a legacy. Attendees enjoyed food and music, speakers of past alumni students, including Solomon Roller shown below, and an introduction of founders that started it all, with a presentation of the school's new video time capsule. In addition, a basket auction and raffle brought in extra funds and kids even got to enjoy crafts and activities!!
