High School Group Leads Warm Clothing Drive for Local Families in Need through Feb. 10

VeronaAid is a student run organization at VAHS that is currently working to help alleviate poverty in Dane County, especially local Verona area families. This winter, the organization will be holding a clothing drive in order to collect supplies for local Verona-area families in need. Until Friday, February 10th, you can bring in any new or slightly used hats, scarves, mittens, and winter clothing (long sleeve shirts, pants, etc.) to donate to VeronaAid. Donations can be brought to the main offices of Verona Area High School, Glacier Edge, Badger Ridge, and Core Knowledge. All donations will be taken to Porchlight of Madison to be distributed to those in need throughout this winter season. Every donation makes a difference!
