COVID-19 Mental Health Resources

We recognize that the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is taking a heavy emotional toll on many of us, especially our students. Hence, taking care of our social and emotional wellness is a must. We want you to know that many mental health agencies and providers in our community are available to provide treatment to those who need it via videoconferencing or phone.

We encourage you to also reach out to your learner’s school’s Student Services staff for in-school support. We also have on staff a district-wide mental health coordinator who can work with you and/or your family to navigate mental health resources in the community.

Below you will find a few local mental health resources as well as some activity ideas to help you stay active and healthy.
