In April, 2013, the Verona Area Board of Education approved new belief and outcome statements that are the end product of a year-long process that included several leadership team meetings of the Board,Administrative staff and other members of the teaching and support staff and more than 45 individual face to face interviews with staff, students, community members, local business leaders, parents and regional partners. This work was the impetus for the development of transformational learning opportunities for all students.
