The Nurtured Heart Approach focuses on relationships to inspire kids to great behaviors. Parents and teacher soften find themselves struggling with the intensity of challenging behavior. It can be frustrating and exhausting! Through NHA, we will talk about the actions we’re taking that might accidentally encourage
challenging behavior and discuss simple shifts that could change everything.

In a fun, easy to remember way, this course will help you to:
 Gain a deeper understanding about ‘intense’ behavior in children.
 Redirect behavior, even when it is most challenging.
 Learn powerful strategies to focus on what is great about your children and change the way they see themselves.
 Empower yourselves as parents!
 Meet and talk to other parents! Talk about general or specific situations and how the Nurtured Heart Approach might help.

The Three Stands of Nurtured Heart Approach provide an accessible and established foundation for inspiring
great behavior.

● Stand 1: Absolutely No! I refuse to energize negative behavior.
● Stand 2: Absolutely Yes! I will relentlessly energize the positive.
● Stand 3: Absolutely Clear! I will maintain my rules and use consistent consequences.
